I have difficulty in attending your livestreams. I simply do not time to spend an hour and a half on your livestreams. It is summer and I have responsibilities to take care of. Please make shorts that I can watch, or other shorter videos that I can watch, that summarizes your very long videos. In winter, I hope to be able to watch your very long videos.

A small town is much cheaper, plus you can have fun fixing-up an older apt. and make it look as good as these super-expensive ones!! But 1st, why not pick a climate that you like: hot & humid? hot & dry? green & humid but cold & snowy in winter? rainy all Fall & winter (Pac NW)? 65* all yr. round CAL.? Or nice for 4 mo. but heavy snow, like Alaska?? (Many RU speakers living there.) btw, Pooteen wants to steal Alaska from the USA, ha-ha! Your goals are great Aleks, just stick to them.
Thankyou Aleks, great livestream & great subscribers to chat to. I enjoyed seeing properties you have for sale there & the prices. That lovely big kitchen with lots of lovely brown cupboards etc, lovely. I see alot of Americans have microwaves on the wall above cookers. Apparently we're not allowed to do that here. I suppose if people bought their homes here they could, I don't think they do though. We have ridiculous rules & regulations in the uk, I wouldn't come here if I was you, pmsl🤣🙈Oh & it's not free healthcare, taxes & national insurance contributions are taken straight out our wages & monies, & is given directly to healthcare. Rarely any appointments etc, so we're being made to pay, despite not many services or any appointments. Quite expensive here to live re rent etc. Wages not brilliant.

Aleks, just fyi.. in the expanded description you say you are trying to raise money to translate your diploma, you have a spelling mistake there. It is spelled 'fundraising'.. Raise is to gather, raze is to destroy.
