See top Management want to see noise and chaos from 5000 ft view. That's how they judge how the managers are working. They have 0 experience of being on the floor. If everything runs smoothly, then the top management might think the Mid Managers are relaxed and have no work. Hence you'll find these toxic and micromanagers are the ones to move up the ladder fast. It's the system

So very well articulated!! I worked at EY USA for 1.5 years and I completely resonate with what you said about your colleagues at KPMG. Based on my experience, I would never recommend anyone especially recent graduates to work in Tech Consulting. You'll learn much more and faster at any product based company at probably the same pay as Consulting.
Even though I was skeptical looking at the duration of the video initially, after watching the entire video quite attentively I realized that it is a very well made video and your explanation of each and every phase of your professional career is very apt, detailed and cohesive. I particularly loved the "What work will you do if nobody is paying you?" ideology as it aligns with my convictions as well and coincidentally my answer to this question is same as yours. Keep up this good work and thank you doing what you do.
Hi brother don't explain other topics like how about your experiences in other companies focus on the title and main topics 1st 8 minutes simply you wasted the time.
Bro the parsis who get almost free promotions in any tat@ company are the same 😂 they have some superiority complex 😂 totally underserving for that position 😂 naming a community cause I've faced discrimination 😂
Can't reflect the collegue who made it so in effective and impassionate of me working for Big 4 investment and eventually they made it so vunerable to live and understand the work
meanwhile resident doctors working for 36 hrs in hospitals under toxic environment of seniors laughing in corner! u corporate employees can never match stress levels of doctors, just justify the abuse happening against us!
Your glorifying resign from KPMG is 10 times better than join ,but why don't you tell ,In KPMG how much you make in that period period of time🤔🤑 Why you are You are hiding the main motto
