Barring injury I think Cousins will be their starter no matter what even if he has his typical prime time stinkers. If he gets hurt they will put in someone else. Diggs is a horrible locker room guy. In Minnesota, he was a bad team player and they were glad to see him go. In Buffalo we are glad to see him go as well. Houston has 1 maybe 2 years to win then Diggs will become the bad team player that he was in Minnesota and then Buffalo.

The only reason the Lions and Packers were even in the playoffs was because Kirk got hurt. Actually, Kirk has played well in the playoffs...his defense has not. Plus bad coaching by Zimmer. Kirk takes care of his body better than Brady (he has a hyperbaric chamber, he had stem cell therapy several months ago, a body work guy, etc) so there shouldn't be a concern about that. Kirk is one of the most accurate quarterbacks and is one of the best deep ball passers in the league, is clutch, can make all of the throws and throws his receivers open. If given time (actual pass protection), he can carve up any defense. He also throws 4000 yards and 30 TDs every season like clock and feeds his TEs like he feeds his WRs. Kirk has been making his receivers look good for quite a few years and is really good about spreading the ball around to all of his receivers. He's had two 1000 yard receivers in Washington and had two 1000 yard receivers for multiple years In Minnesota. You can bet he's gonna study / watch film on what his receivers do best to increase that chemistry with them and start throwing to them as soon as he can.

What you are saying is absolutely not true. I followed the combine and no one found his actions to be suspect. You're pushing narratives. No one is saying that he's a bad person. Reports have come out saying how good he is with this teammates. The report of him wanting part ownership has been proven false. As far as ego, i think you're confusing confidence with ego. If he was egotistical, then he wouldnt let his backup qb play in that bowl game. He should be confident and he projects his confidence with the way he speaks.
