I've raised Mali and yellow geyri Uros, as well as bearded dragons, for 34 years. Idk which i love more! Uros are so sweet, so friendly, and some of mine actually sleep with me at night. They're like scaly puppies! My first ever lizard was a Mali, and I fell in love with them immediately. My last yellow geyri, Oscar, just passed last year from cancer. My next will be another geyri, and i want an ornata as well. Your guys are beautiful!!❤❤❤
Hey do you know the brand or which feed store you went to? I have a Tegu and I’ve been looking for an outdoor enclosure and considered building one but this looks perfect! Thank you in advance!
Our hedgehog has a huge perforated hernia. He's not going to make it and we're broke as jokes. Is a sealed container and a large amount of dry ice do the trick? He's almost 10. I feel horrible.
I tried feeding my uro super worms. He seemed a little interested but he just licked them with his tongue. I put them in his feeding bowl with mixed greens and lentils. He loves the lentils more than anything. Any tips on trying to get him to eat the super worms?
Feels like he just wanted to know if a bite from it would hurt. He gas plenty of time to move away from tydligare because you can see it prepares to take a bite. And yet, he still held out his hand. 🙄🤦♀️
I did something similar for my two tegus but i had to put a 10 inch wide board around the perimeter so they wouldnt rub their noses on the wire when they get antsy.
Hey, do you you think there is any risk of hawks or other predators (even cats) attacking them? I live in Denver, Colorado and it does consistently get above 90F during the summer so I’m wondering if I can occasionally let my CA Wood turtle outside.
