Curious to know if you have been able to connect with indigenous practitioners and other holistic wellness specialists in your community? The truth is this knowledge and wisdom was well understood and mastered by our ancestors until it was stigmatized and driven underground. Connecting to those who have the gift and awareness of this original knowledge is key.
The term of "people die everyday" still needs to be an acceptance term than a normalizing term, because when it happens around you it hurts, it should be the same when it came to others even though you listening from social media

When you clean it with the clover plant, it becomes kinda rose gold colored then with skin interaction creams perfumes it becomes dull again very quickly. That's my test plus I trust my source. It's a very inexpensive metal too unless you are paying for design.

I have close friends who are now priestesses and their journey to initiation started with a mental health crisis. Secondly, therapists like Marino speak of past life traumas and wounds manifesting as a mental health crisis and that is the purpose of astral therapy……to excavate and heal past traumas and wounds that if unresolved become cyclical occurrences in individual and family lines. In this context mental illness is not a negative thing but rather an opportunity or portal for healing and resolution with the right community and support system. Ironically, astral therapy is as old as time and indigenous African healers have understood this science for centuries.

I think West Africa and South Africa are leading the charge on mainstreaming indigenous African spirituality. Ifa, Voodoun, Akom, Isangoma are widely practiced and very visible in mainstream life. Benin is a perfect case study where under Patrice Talin, Voodoun is receiving full state backing and recognition with festivals, national holidays, multi million dollar museums……Benin is unsurprising a country that is transforming rapidly with a booming economy.

As I am becoming more of a student of our ancestors spirituality, I am appreciating more of our ancestors insights and understanding of 5th dimensional consciousness and how much of that was integrated in to their spirituality. The greatest irony is how many Africans now ascribe to religious traditions that are lower 3 dimensional consciousness.
