At your next house, document all issues when you move in and call maintance until they are fixed or use the original pictures to make sure you don't get charged. Also. I have this same tub you should add white vinegar to the tub water also there is mold build up in there from water sitting in the lines. No matter what you do you can never empty these lines completely I hope this helps you as it helped me.
