I am a wannabe health nut. My husband is a Holistic Chiropractor. Together with our two kids, dog and 2 cats we try to make healthy choices. Together we have learned that true health is a balance in between diet, exercise, mental health (God-connection), and rest. NOT easy to do but not impossible either. We know that the biggest addiction today is sugar and try to offer you ways to overcome it.

A video at normal speed with no music would be so much better. And you could explain while putting on the clothes using a good microphone. This video had a lot of potential.

Hi lovely one Sewing is kind of easy. You might be able to sew a pocket to the inside of the DYI. Just a thought. That pattern does look nice, yet I think just about any tight clothes would look Fabulous on you! Love your videos. BTW, I just got my Model Y, White long range. I have 1750 miles on it. I love it! Nothing is like a Tesla! I am a car guy with several Muscle cars. DYI is the one I like
