I test drove one and loved it, drove much better and felt more premium than anything in its class. Then I went online and discovered that the Taos is one of the least reliable, most problematic vehicles on sale today. Even spoke with a few owners who told me to avoid it at all costs. Lots of annoying issues that the dealer will be unable to fix or simply tell you "it's normal."

Make sure yous put the right wheels on the car before you sell for an arm and a leg

I have owned every VW also a GTI and I have no complaints with my 2024 SE 4 motion Taos. I Like the 4 motion better than the front wheel drive because it has the GTI double clutch transmission. The room in it is great for a small SUV. You have to remember a Golf or Golf wagon is a regular sedan car. You match the taos with other small suv's and the taos will win.

My wife and I have a 2021 Atlas Cross Sport SE with technology, VR-6 3.6L engine, 8-speed transmission, 255/50R20 Pirelli tires on 20” rims. Ours is in the Tourmaline Blue paint, with black cloth interior. We absolutely love it !!!!

The wheels are super ugly. But that's true will all EVx except Porsche. VW choice to put the front view camera right at the apex of the front bumper make zero sense. Even if you never run into anything, if someone backing up just tops your bumper, your camera is toast. What's makes less sense is they already had a good solution when it was incorporated into the logo. Why mess with what works? Let me guess, it was cheaper to do it this way?
