Kelly did not walk off of the Today show over her dressing room. she walked off because the woman who interviewed her disregarded her request to not ask her about Beyonce. Throughout Kelly's interview the intervewer intentionally and repeatedly asked Kelly about Beyonces album and Kelly became annoyed at the womane blatant disrespect. You see, the Today show lied and then accused her of being a diva because they didn't want the backlash over the actions of one of their employees. Kelly on the other hand would rather be vewed as a diva then defend her actions to the public. Silence is not golden when your reputation is on the line. If these artist keep pulling a Beyonce and Harry Styles they will end up jobless. It's okay to defend oneself against a billion dollar corporation like the Today Show. 😢
Let us not forget that colorism plays heavily into this situation because she's brown skin and I hate having to make this comparison Beyonce is a yellow girl and it allows her to set her boundaries and know her worth because it's kind of semi sort of like dealing with a white woman and they're allowed to do that.
