Dear Adam's home corporate can you please help us? We don't know how to reach you. We are a military family almost 100% of our family has served in every branch of the military. One family member buried in Arlington cemetery "Lt Col John Paul Vann" the greatest American hero in the Vietnam war and recipient of the Presidental Medal of Freedom, and one buried here locally 3-time purple heart recipient and also my husband an honorable military veteran. We applied for and qualified for military hero's loan. Our hero's loan was approved, provide preapproval letter to builder from the 5th largest credit union in state of Florida, locked in our rate, appraisal done and then couple weeks or so before closing we were told we had to use your preferred lender and pay $6000 in points to get an interest rate higher than our hero's loan rate (we did not have $6000) and we must close with on time or be sued. The preferred lender payment is almost $500 more a month mortgage and they had to redo paperwork, so we closed 2 days late. I do not believe your corporate office knows of this activity or would condone this behavior to any military family. This is our first NEW house ever. Even our bank tried to write to your office, but they refuse to let our bank do the loan. We can provide all documents emails. We sincerely appreciate your taking time to help us. My uncle and my dad would be here fighting for me if they could. I am born raised and married into military and I am requesting that you to not treat veterans like this. Please give us our Hero's loan back!!! We have served and given the ultimate sacrifice.

No CDD and no plans of it. This is a mixed neighborhood of older and newer homes of every style. CDD are for communities with pools and other entertainment areas that need constant maintenance and upkeep. Thanks for watching! 😊
Not sure if I understand your question, but I wouldn’t count in the road in front of the house to be paved anytime soon but the paved road is about 5 yards away. But if you mean the city as in Dunnellon or Ocala? Thats all paved like a regular city. Hope I answered your question if not please explain. Thanks!

Before the gate? This is a model home for viewing it looks a bit different then the real thing. In Miami a big house like this would be a lot more. I know I was born and raised there But there are cheaper options too with different floor plans.

Nope it’s all private well and septic so you wouldn’t have a monthly bill at all for water or sewer services. You’ll only have to pay for trash service which is $45 every 3 months with Florida Environmental.
