I'm doing my first it's just a repair and replace though not a swap in the 2005 Silverado I did put a cam in there so I guess I'm going to have to invest into tuner products next. #operationls
It was in someone yard. They just wanted it gone. Guy took some parts off of it and put on his truck. He also swapped parts. Most parts in buckets we got
I came across the TL-200T for $200 to recondition a dead acid battery on my channel. It revived the battery and in my opinion i got a free welder out of it, since i avoided buying a $200 battery. The 200T comes with the tig torch, and it has an automatic gas switch/valve and its a high frequency start.
I used the factory fuse box wire from the C1 block wire A9 which is pink. Hook that wire to the 12v distributor wire. C1 block B11 wire which is red is constant power. I looped that to the screw to battery on fuse box. C3 block F1 is power to fuel pump. Its a grey wire. That's all the wires I used.
What’s up bro, got the same project going on as you. Wouldn’t mind linking with ya. I need some things for my car as well. Want to know where this yard at. I’m in SC as well
I used motor mount adapter plates from amazon, jegs double hump transmission crossmember, s10 shorty headers off ebay, got the original drive shaft cut, external fuel pump from Amazon. Since then, I changed a couple things.
