Thank you!☺After oiling I have handwashed them without problems, but till now I didn't put them in a washingmachine- I think, it should be possible (wooden buttons are also washable if you oil them after it), but I will write an update in the videodiscription after a few washings! 🙃How is it Mr.Mouses kinship going?😉
This is the coolest thing I have seen in ages!!! We eat lots of avocados in my household. 🥑 I also like to use unexpected items in crafting, but never considered this! Does it really take 3 weeks to dry them? Did you dry them indoors? I knit and would love to make a sweater using avocado buttons ! Also would love to know more about using them to make red dye. Love your artistic and interesting channel! 🥰✨🐭
Awww, thank you!☺I find, using selfmade buttons on a selfmade sweater are the nicest way to use them !! ( I'm sad, that I'm a terrible knitter, I do not have the patience for more than one sock a year...so it's a pair every two years😂) I think, they should dry at least two weeks, depends on where you are living- I tried to put them outside in the sun, but we had not much sunny days last month😅Of course you can work with them earlier, but there is a little chance, that they will bend after finishing, if they are not dry enough, like wood would do! A lot of scrapbook-artists made great videos about how to colour paper or cloth in red-tones from avacado-dye (I'm experimenting how to make chalk-paint from real eggshells to use for miniatures, but I'm not sure, if that will become a video...😉)
Don't forget to boil the skins to dye fabric and paper pink! They can be frozen until you need pink dye. I hate avocados, they taste like a bar of soap to me. 🤢 So I'd have more use for the "waste" parts than the actual food part! 😂 Very cute buttons though. 😘
Haha, thank you! I love the taste of avocado in every dish, savoury or sweet! So we're even on different sides for the taste of coriander..?😉 Yes, I even safe the skin for making dye, but I dry it and when needed I pulverise and water it! 🙂
@supertinywhimsilistic yes I know. But for me alone too it has a taste like soap too. But with some condiments i like, lemon and salt is so good. Or make a guacamole, with onion and tomatoes.

Hellooo!🙃This time it's nothing furry, but I had a lot of fun to make slimy glamorous snails, glittering through Mr. Mouse's garden! I wanted to fotograph them in the forest for the outro...but surprisingly it was raining...again... I do not have much time at the moment, my birthday will be this month and we will travel a few days- but I have crafting supplies and a miniature idea in my backpack and will bring you a souvenir from Denmark!😉 Thanks for supporting my little channel!🐚

Yes, I even prefer fluffy creatures, my fearless Granddog was visiting me😍The sentence "sublime she slimes through the forests" made the whole family laugh, trying to speak it out three times in succession, however Schnirkelschnecke is easy to say 😉
I can't even wait to the end to say....well bugger, I can't find my shells like those, I'm in the southern hemisphere and guessing you're in the northern, I was going to look. When I lived in Holland it fascinated me that water went down the plug hole the other way round, can't remember why. (yes, not the same, just Interesting). If you put your clay through a pasta making machine, it will do the work for you.
Thanks! In reality I've read a lot about snails now- so I know, that the MOST are curling to that side, but there are some species curling to the other! And there are even some specismen curling 'wrong' in one family- in Germany we call them Snailkings! ....but I still found no explanation, WHY the most snails are curling in that direction!😂Nature is full of wonders! And yes, my water goes the other way round in my plug!

A cat whisker, toothpick, pin, all good for drawing/painting if you want to call it that. In the basement of old houses with crumbly brick foundations you can find brick dust. It mixes wonderfully with everything and comes in shades of brickness. ☄️
