I had to run back to your comment section to thank you for bringing back my sanity. I’ve been using Lzerking for my sticker shop and love it but have been hating it for sticker sheets due to the multi layer backing that can make it harder for the sticker to peel correctly. I bought and tried the Joyeza today and I screamed in joy. It prints beautifully and it cuts like butter! So I 100% agree with you. Joyeza for sticker sheets and Lzerking for die cuts! Thank you thank you! I would have never heard of the brand if it wasn’t for you.
What am I doing wrong???? My stickers always cut the offset into more one side than the other making my sticker ugly. I do calibrate to cut but it does not help. Please suggestions? Please
Hello. Thank you for this video. Is the paper you used a square feet? Or what size is it? And how do I measure the sizes of mu stickers for if I'm outsourcing them? Thank you
Thanks for this informative video. I have my ip8750 for 2.5 years now but never cleaned my printer! This helped me a lot. Unfortunately though even after deep cleaning it, the printed pattern looks the same and the broken line did not disappear. Nevertheless, I love this printer so much compared to the other Epson printers I had, and by the time I need to replace this printer, I’d buy the same model as the price isn’t really that bad as I use it for small business.
I can't connect it with my Samsung tablet. I would like direct wifi, but I think it doesn't support it. For this printer you always need a modem. Have you checked it too? Io non riesco a connetterla con il mio tablet Samsung. Vorrei il wi-fi direct, ma credo che non lo supporti. Per questa stampante ci vuole sempre un modem. Lo hai verificato anche tu?
Hey! Could you list any other thicker papers you are using besides "Keaykolour Chalk" and that are working for Canon IP8750? I’m planning to print greeting cards mostly on matte papers (300 gsm or a little bit higher), so I’d love to know which ones work well for the best results for that specific printer :)
Hi there! To be honest, any photo paper designed specifically for inkjet printers worked fine for me, I used a local brand which can be found in photography store - it was super cheap and good quality, unfortunately I cannot find the name anymore :/ There're so many brand to choose from, but I heard Ilford and Hahnemühle are really good (unfortunately pricey).
Im looking at this printer to printing some stickers and photos on glossy or matte papers, would it still be a nice vibrant color, long lasting, water resistant even if it's dye ink based and not pigment based ink? Thank you!
Hi! Check out my video on sticker making, especially about sticker paper testing. Stickers printed on any printer won't be water resistant without laminate sheets pasted over the sticker paper/vinyl. However you don't have to worry about the colours - this printer is great when it comes to vibrancy :)
same printer! Love the colors I don't know why I can't print borderless 😢 And I found I print in rgb mode in illustrator is much better, do you use cmyk or rgb?
Oh no, like no matter what format you choose? Soo since I usually work in Procreate and sometimes forget to create the canvas in CMYK, I print in RGB and it comes out totally fine and I guess more vibrant but not necessarily accurate :D
@@philiptse7307 only solution I found is that when you print, in the print settings go for color (if I remember correctly) and there will be a slider under intensity. And turn it up to about 20 towards dark. I printed the same small image on the same paper to experiment with different levels of dark intensity. I'm satified at 20.
Thank you very much for the useful and beautiful video! Have you tried printing on paper suitable for watercolor painting? I mean thick kanson paper for example? Thank you
Hi! Thanks so much for your video. Have you tried any other material with a gsm of 300 or higher? I want to try this with a 340 gsm canvas, but I am unsure.
Hi, there're a "borderless printing" option in the print menu, it is however not available for certain formats. Also something to keep in mind - this will enlarge your image to fill the whole page and as a consequence cut off the borders.
their packaging is very confusing. not only is the labeling hard to discern, they keep changing the package design and labeling. from what i can tell, these are their products: -white vinyl with clear laminate -white vinyl with no laminate -white vinyl with holographic laminate -transparent vinyl with clear laminate -transparent vinyl with holographic laminate white vinyl with clear laminate says "transparent" on the package, but then so does transparent vinyl with clear laminate (they appear to be the same product, but are different inside). your package in the vid is a bit different than mine, mine has the small preview image on the front instead of the full page preview image. they sell good products, but their marketing department is horrendous.
oh I can totally relate! I was also confused, I've ordered these on Amazon and by the time I was editing this video one of the products was already available under a different label.
Hi! I'm normally using Canon Colour matching, also when printing from Photoshop, I'm letting the printer manage the colours without further adjustments and have been happy with the results so far. Let me know if this answered your question :)
@@KariArtspace Thank you so much! I ask you because I'd like to buy this Canon printer, but for exemple with my actual Canon, colors are not so brilliant, so I was curious if there is a setting to make the colors more beautiful. Thank you!
Just the basics really, I'm always choosing high quality as opposed to medium or low, besides you might also try choosing the glossy photo paper as media type even when printing on matte, this way the printer will deposit more ink and the colours would seem brighter. In addition, make sure your artwork is in CMYK as opposed to RGB colour mode. Are the colours unsatisfactory when printing on matte paper or glossy as well?
Hi! Thanks for your comment :) Printable vinyl is made from polymer-based materials that are waterproof. In contrast, sticker paper is usually made from glossy paper, vellum, and white polypropylene, but it can also be made of polyester or vinyl. So these can be used interchangeably if made from the same material, I guess.
Hi, thanks for your comment! Do you mean if the Cricut is worth buying when you're planning to make 100 sheets per day? If so, I would really consider outsourcing the sticker making, as it can be quite costly and time consuming.
Thank you for watching! 💕 The inks I'm using are the original Canon cartridges: 551 Cyan, 551 Magenta, 551 Yellow, 551 Grey, 551 Black, 550 Pigment Black. I get them from the local shop, which unfortunately doesn't offer global shipping. So I assume it would be worth checking on Amazon or your local platform :)
Do you think it can print upon CARDSTOCK, like a common business card someone hands you, THAT thickness of paper (cardstock)? Please reply I own the printer, factory new, and I don't have extra money to burn.
I just got this printer and was curious if I can print longer photos than the 13x19 dimensions. Would like to learn the calibrations and the best program to use for printing (ie Photoshop, Canon, etc). Thank you!!!
Hi! The maximum print size is A3+ format, so printing bigger than that won't be possible. I'm normally printing directly from my Mac or Canon Print app when printing from an IPad - these options totally fulfill my requirements :)
I would love a video on tissue paper!! This is one cost that I can't get down, but if I was able to do it myself that would be a huge help :) Thank you for this review!
Witam serdecznie.
