Hi, was yours able to still unlock/open the door when you pull the handle ? Cause mine is the same right now but I can still unlock/open it when I pull the handle. Thanks
@@khikztv8690 Mine is a M4 so its the lithium ion battery not the AGM. But yah I was asking if you could still unlock the door by opening the door handle ?
Tamaka ka kuya, tubong Bulakan ako. Ganyan talag ang pagluluto ng tunay na sarsa ng lechon. Puwede na yung de latang liver kasi mahirap mag roast ng liver dahil busy ang lahat. Pero kung me panahon, roasted or BBQ liver (charcoal roast). Ganyan ang gawa ng lola ko.
Hard freeze last night with snow and temps in the low 20s. Couldn’t lock the drivers door when I got to work. The door pin wouldn’t go down automatically and it couldn’t be pressed down by hand. I followed your instructions and it worked! The lubricant freed up the pin and actuator. You saved me $270 for the part and a trip to the dealer. Thank you, Kuya!
Great Great Great video, Thank you. I have same issue. I checked all fuses. All good. Though mine can't be temperature because I live in South Africa, we hitting a good 44°C on a summer day. But the car is about seven years old. So the lubrication could be dry. What's the name of the lubrication used?
Yes. That’s fine. Check the age of the car battery. Sometimes it’s the battery that needs to be replaced. The power may not be strong enough to drive power locks.
Nope. Tried it and it's the actuator. I checked the fuses as shown on the fuse guide and everything was good. The new one works good. I plugged it without dismantling the old one first to make sure that one works and it did. Thanks for the upload!!
I have bmw 730ld my front door lock wont be lock if i try to push down it unlocks automatically. and also it do not locks with remote and key also. What I have to try first?

You may want to check your battery. Many years ago, My 2005 BMW’s lock failed. I bought the actuator and while waiting for the package to arrive, my battery died on me and replaced the battery. After replacing the battery the failing actuator worked. I still have the new actuator in the original box but I dont have that car anymore. Lesson learned. Check everything first. BMW uses AGM batteries that last 8-10 yrs. Mine died at 9 yrs. The battery has a date on top when it was made.
@@khikztv8690 I have I did exactly everything you show us in the video, there are something I didn’t get, when you try to close the door and then boom it worked. Mine just didn’t
Next step is to use a tester for electronics or a test light to find out if there is current/power while pressing the key or the dash button. I wish u are near so I can help you. Whick door is it?
