No matter where you are, there YOU are. I live in a fast growing medium sized city in the south, with people moving in constantly. The infrastructure can't keep up! The developers keep building tract home neighborhoods and giant apartment complexes. It's a mess! Stay where you are!
Thank you for sharing your perspective! It’s definitely a challenge when growth outpaces infrastructure. Southern California has its own set of unique challenges too, but many are drawn to the lifestyle, climate, and opportunities here. It’s all about finding the right balance and what works best for each person. We hope everyone can find the perfect place to call home! 🙂
I lived at Menifee Lakes for years. The weather was the worst. No price is worth that heat and the degenerates who live there already. The freeway is awful to work in Orange County, SD or LA. I am a season ticket holder of the RAMS and it was absolutely NOT an hour to go there. You should be ashamed of yourself to promote a wasteland like this. Buyer beware, this is a place that lures you, as the land of enchantment but its entrapment. Don’t be fooled by the solar panels or the swimming pool. Good luck sitting outside by the pool during 110. The healthcare is horrible. Valley fever is common among many. I contracted Aspergillus which is airborne there. Not even Loma Linda could diagnose me correctly I had to move to Orange County where those Dr saved my life. Sorry but you are straight lying about Menifee being safe.

@stevesmith756 Thanks for watching! We've been out here for 20 years and it's definitely more congested! I'm optimistic that all of the work being done to the 15 and 215 freeways will help a little with the traffic.
@@ShaneBernal unfortunately we just keep adding housing and people. There are no surface street improvements to handle the load. And I see a new apartment city just off the 15 by the Mercedes dealership. And now grading behind old town again for more high density housing. We are a bedroom community. High density is not good
Oh no! Sorry to hear that. It's definitely challenging with such low inventory. Ask your agent about possibly using an escalation clause. Best of luck to you guys!
It's amazing to see how much Temecula has grown over the years! Once a quaint suburb, it's now a vibrant community with a mix of luxury homes and beautiful neighborhoods. The growth is a testament to its appeal, from the stunning wineries and excellent schools to the thriving local economy. Whether you're looking for a spacious family home or a modern luxury residence, Temecula has something for everyone. Thanks for stopping by the channel and sharing your thoughts!
You're being sarcastic but it's true a lot of white trash and wannabe rich people live there. If you have to work meaning work is not an option but a necessity you are not rich. As an outsider I could never live around those type of people.
Overpriced!! I live in Terramor in Corona and there are several homes not selling with multiple price reductions. There is a 2563 square-foot two level home for sale right now for 728,000 it used to be reasonable to move to Menifee or Winchester but now the prices are way too high for the location and the commute.
How much? what community is this and who’s builder? We are looking to buy but there’s so many communities it’s confusing to pick which is the best. but i like this house
Thanks for watching! This specific home is no longer available but feel free to schedule an appointment with us and we'll be happy to help you find a community and home that you like. We are very familiar with the different communities and options.
@@ShaneBernal I saw your video of sky view community but I’m trying to look it up and nothing is showing on zillow and also checked the builder’s website but no sky view community is showing up. Is that community been sold out?
Hello and thank you for watching! As noted in the video there is an HOA and the dues are approximately $260 per month. We always note property tax and HOA info toward the end of our videos :)
Great video last Friday I drove thru Audie Murphy ranch Noble.estates So so.Beautiful but still.a.put put from where I live!!! Things have changed within a yr. Gas prices have soared again. Ughh bit not 2 shabby if u have a hybrid or electric.
Hello and thank you for watching our video about the Avalino community in Wildomar! That's a great question. We are able to show these models because they have already been built in other communities.
Thanks for watching! Some of the newer communities in Murrieta have mello roos/special assessments. Typically, the newer the home, the higher the property tax and it varies from neighborhood to neighborhood. Don't hesitate to reach out us if you have any questions or would like more detailed info about Murrieta or any of the surrounding communities🙂
Hello and thanks for watching! This community will have an HOA with rules for maintaining a nice yard and exterior appearance/maintenance of the homes, so it will most likely be a very nice looking neighborhood!
Thank you for watching our video Ray! I’m very sorry to hear about your experience, but I am grateful that you are willing to share it on this platform. Thank you!
LA trash moving there by the truckload. The black population has increased 5 fold. Crime will increase and values will fall. Yea im a racists for pointing out the facts
