@romanbech1789 Hi, can you see your WiFi when you're searching Because that code means you got devices registered, watch the video and see how to delete them, and try again it may take a bit of time, but keep doing it, and you will get it let me know
@romanbech1789 Hi did you put the hazard lights on and do 10 times and then times turn off phone WiFi and try it move location because sometimes it doesn't work in some location can you see the car WiFi?
Is the motor on the back wheels or is it powered by front wheel ? If it’s back wheel powered is it the two back wheels been powered or single wheel? Thanks
I wouldn't recommend this one and I can't recommend another one because this was the only one I tried. I guess you have to look for one that looks good to you and then give it a go. But after using this one I'm afraid it's turned me off buying another one!

Hi I've never seen a mobility scooter registered for the road before, does this mean you are now able to use the 3rd option for the speed and presume there is a requirement for insurance and road tax ? Nice videos too. 😊

@@007Rickie thank you for the super quick reply, did you carry out the task of getting the 3rd faster option for the increased speed or did the scooter had to go to a dealer to have that carried out ? Also how much was the back box ? Looks great and finishes the rear end off a treat. Same blue too it looks it.
@paullynch928 Your welcome Paul. The scooter has already got the 3rd speed there's a wire underneath that has to be connected and then it becomes 3 speeds no need to go to the main dealer! The scooter comes with a wired white basket that I didn't like so I looked online and found the box and lucky for me it was in the exact same colour! It does make the scooter look better in my opinion!

Hello, if someone from the EU bought this, would the 3rd gear not function at all because it's the UK version? you mention 1st gear is 4mph and 2nd is 8mph and you can't use 3rd, so I was confused if you meant you can't use it because of the law or if you mean it literally doesn't function at all even if you put it in 3rd.
These head units are a massive problem. Difficult to find one working now and trying to find an alternative is just impossible! If anyone knows, let me know.
Hi, if you got the unit and it's giving you a problem you can get it repaired with Kenwood search online and look for Fullers and they will quote you a price. Hope this helps.
If your wifi password have 10 characters, then you need the security update at the dealer. after update wifi psw is 14 chars. And the app only work with 14 characters.
@ouie84 I put the wire near the pink fuse there some electrical pins in the fuse box you need a tester to check it is a delay pin when you turn off the ignition the lights will stay for a bit and then the lights will go off
@mohammedarshadramzan5364 that doesn't save electricity having them on or off makes no difference they run off the 20V battery not the main battery I have mine set to come on automatically which means they are constantly on I don't have to turn them on and that means I will never forget to put them on.
So sorry to hear this but everyone that did it managed to delete the devices that means you have missed something out keep trying it will work sometimes it might take longer
I have to try again. It comes with a lot of beeps :-) Is the second procedure 20 clicks (first 10 and then 20 = 30 in total to delete) ? Hi mate I got the ones with the tube that you insert the wire through. I think I got them from Alex press I bought them about 3 years ago and didn't fit them in until last year. Try ebay also. Hope this helps. I got the 9 string set

I did this guide on my 2015 phev.. got an old phone connected to it that i cant use anymore. so after some years i find this guide how to maybe get it working again by deleting the old and inn with the new. however it all went fine until i tried to connect to my car again. and my car ssid doesnt show anymore... allways shown as Remotebre on my wifi list nearby but now after this it deleted itself completly on firmware scale. 🥲.. now a new ssid has uncover as E_0063_4089. i guess i need to go to the dealership to fix that

Hi there, I was just wondering how did you get rid of the white blank screen, I have uninstalled and installed the app the white screen keeps coming back .I brought my car a year ago and the lady gave me the SSID and password after trying to connect 3 times my app keeps giving me blank now white screen. I didn't know you have to delete other devices first now I know how to delete them and uninstall the app and see what happens. Hi, you have to delete all the devices from the phone and start again. I have another video up showing how to do it. Sorry for the confusion. All the gears work if they are connected but in the UK, mobility scooters are only supposed to do 8 Mph if you can find private land, it should be ok for the 3 speed. Hope this helps

The UK Velobike distributor tell me that the side lights are always on when the ignition is on, even when the switch is set to “off”. You can switch the head light on or off and dip the beam but you can't turn the side lights off. Seems silly, but that's what they say.

Yes, I've fixed it. I had to strip the whole glove box, meaning you have to be able to see the fuses to find the fuses hidden on the right-hand side of the pillar. There are 2 four amp fuses and change them and the footwell lights should come back on! Let me know how you get on.

I just bought one of these to power 4 Polk Audio door speakers. They're rated 90 watts RMS so hopefully they'll hold up. They're also 4 ohm instead of 2 ohm so I'll have 4x50 watts per channel instead of 4x70. I'm going to pair it with an 8" sub with a 200 watt mono amp. Hopefully it will keep up with the Alpine. Hi. at the back of the unit there should be a brass connector for the ariel. Screw that into the connector and the DAB should show up on the unit. I don't think the unit can see no ariel so you have to hook it up together so the unit can pick it up. When connected press the reset button after and let the unit reset itself and it should pick it up providing you have got the right ariel. Hope this helps. Let me know how you got on. Thanks.
@@007Rickie Hi I've got the dab aerial that works with my other radio, but not this one. Just strange that the aerial power options are blanked out! Might try reloading the firmware, already tried the reset, but it's a good option!

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. The scooter is still going great. My advice is not to purchase the Greenpower scooter. I have a friend who used to work for them but has since left because of how they treated their customers and because of how bad their scooters are. He is the one that steered me away from purchasing a Greenpower. So listen to the negative reviews, they are not lying! I am more than pleased with mine. There are no issues whatsoever. Yes, I'm able to go into supermarkets with it. I used to have a 4 wheeled one and that caused me some issues with the raduis and found myself going back and forth but with this one, it's just one straight turn. I've been getting a lot of attention with my scooter! There's not been one outing that someone hasn't paid me attention or stopped me to ask where I got it from, I even get motorists beeping me because they like it! It's a beautiful scooter if I say so myself. My four wheeled one was a red one but on the advice of my Mrs, I opted for the blue and it's very striking! I love it and love going out on it every day. My wife and I go everywhere, she on her e-bike, basically just everywhere with it. I charge it up and off we go! If you get one of these, you will not regret it. The customer service is brilliant too. Hope this helps.
