lol the funny thing is I find it hard to believe his actual rank is Immortal 2. There is no way. Immortal players have too much ego to cheat so ofc a cheater would lie about his actual rank. This guy is definently a silver below player. even though he is cheating, his movement and crosshair palcement = below silver.

If anyone's wondering what was the hack that it even bypassed vanguard, it was actually an external device connected to his pc. More like an arduino board. Vanguard only scans files and drives on pc. Arduino boards are different cases. Riot hasn't programmed something that would scan external devices. Some progammer/ex hacker told me that thats how he used and make hacks using arduino. He told me he only ran it for like 2 months and eventually got banned not because of report system but because of ticket system. Someone eventually clipped him and send it to their website. He didn't try again to hack.
