This video helped me so much but also i have a question do we put the 3d fans on the lashes which doesnot has the classic set? Or can we put the 3d fans on top of classic extension?
Some people may have a sensitivity or mild allergic reaction to the adhesive or other products however the burning may happen with improper application. It is key to use high-quality products and you also have to make sure your eyes are fully closed during the process. 😘
Hey Shayla! Good question! When you're applying eyelash extensions, you want to apply it to the natural lash and not the actual eyelid. Many people assume we are applying the extension to the actual skin but we are not! Applying to the actual skin can cause infections, clogged pores and will be painful and uncomfortable to the client. Hope this helps to clarify, please let me know if you have any questions!
As far as application, make sure you are using the correct humidity and temperature in your room for the glue you're using, make sure the natural lashes are cleansed and dried thoroughly before application and don't use too much or too little glue. Applying to all the natural lashes or as much as possible will also make the time between needing fills much longer! For the client, make sure they are washing their lashes daily and they don't expose their extensions to too much heat!
0.03 lashes are typically used as volume fans because you grab a few at a time to make a fan vs. the thicker ones, which are usually 0.10 or higher and you use a single one at a time for a classic set. Hope this helps!
Thank you! Absolutely!! I also have a more business related podcast called The Yegi Project and I've had a few lash artists as guests! ❤️ You can find it on RU-vid as well.

Hi Yegi! I remember the first time I found your channel I was barely starting out doing lashes in 2019. Between building my own family and stepping away from the salon and pursuing other services I took a break from lashes for a while. I’m ready to get back into it and just wanted to say THANK YOU for building this community and for still being here. Your videos have been an excellent refresher since it’s been a long time since I got certified. I am so thankful for you ❤
Hey Yegi, for blonde or red haired clients I like to use green tape or black eye pads too, but when using green tape turn your lights to warmer setting for a yellow hue to brighten the green tape and it will cast a shadow over the light colored lashes making the lashes appear darker. I love your content I follow you on tic-tok and Instagram too!❤😊
