50's,60's,70's and 80's music. The best ever Feel Good Factor songs ever?Well of course thats just personal taste, but I'm sure if you take a browse on my channel you will remember one of those favourites from years gone by.
I just heard a song by Billie eilish where she laments about her weight and how internet people criticize her. Then I come here and listen to this masterpiece. No offense to ms. Eilish, but where have we gone wrong?
This ain't Banned, I watched it all the time, I mean I still get a bit teary when I go to my cupboard, but now I buy 2 jars of marmite so they are not alone, obviously, I still have to separate them from the peanut butter. 😂😂
I came for the theme and the fact that Barry Foster, when i was young , really looked Dutch! I lived in The Netherlands for a year and, rightly, my friends ridicule me for this statement. Fantastic theme.
I remember hearing this for the first time, late 60s it was such a departure from other music at the time. I fell in love with song and it turned me towards other ground breaking music
Despite Gary Glitter... This festive pop song 🎵 should still get airplay and put onto Christmas compilation cds . It is by far one off the best Christmas 🎄 pop songs 🎵 ever . What's not too like . GG is serving his time but seems pointless leaving this off cds .
I am obsessed with the version in the movie. I think it's actually a live performance. I don't know if my ears are playing tricks on me, maybe seeing the crowd bopping along and hearing them clapping along, I don't know what it is, but when you listen to the soundtrack album version, it's so much more sanitized or something. Edit: I switched between the two a couple times. This version is DEFINITELY livelier, rawer. The guitar solo absolutely is not the same solo on the album. And then when it goes back to the vocal after the solo, that rolling sort of rhythm guitar...oh my God. So much better here. The album version makes it all so much softer and less rocking. I don't know why they didn't just put this version on the album. I was going to ask Marshall Crenshaw on the upload he has on his RU-vid channel, but he has comments turned off! I hate that. I want to know. That dude could PLAY. That Strat sounds so sick. The album version is so tame in comparison. WHY?? Why did they do that??
