I ended up selling the car. After finding a spot on the pillar that was missing clearcoat. I decided to get rid of it before things went south with the paint. The factory sanded down a defect and polished the clear right off. I do not want a new vehicle with a paint job that will just fail down the road. After a few cars later, I ended up with a Integra Type S which is way better and way more expensive.
Love the Wheels. wish i had seen this video earlier cause I have the same car and color, and i just bought 17-inch rims. I would have gotten the 18. If i knew they would fit this good 👍
That’s true however I got such a great deal on the truck to begin with. It was nowhere near the price of a Lariat, even with all the upgrades. The truck had an MSRP of $53,000. I paid $38,000 after all rebates and dealer discounts. After that truck, I purchased a 2021 F150 Limited Powerboost. Sold that truck and purchased a 2022 Silverado 1500 RST 4x4 with the 6.2L. Sold that truck and now I have a 2024 Silverado 2500HD LTZ Duramax diesel.
@@TheCarCrazyGuy Lariats in 2019 should’ve MSRP’d at around 60K. So with all the discounts you got, you should’ve according to your math paid around $45K. And since you paid over $7K for all the upgrades you got, you would’ve definitely had more bang for your buck because a lariat is far superior to an XLT. But if you sell your trucks every 2 years, then there really isn’t a point to put so much into upgrading it at all. To each his own tho.
LOL Not terribly expensive, but they are 130 dollars for the whole set. It's clear to me that you have a nice career and so do I, but that's what I spent on the ones from the factory with the Chevy logo embossed into them. Nothing about 130 dollars for floor mats is "not expensive" It's a piece of rubber.
I just dont see enough of a difference to switch, money labor more labor when one fails customer service administating the back and forth, not worth it.
The thing I can respect the most is doing all the installation work yourself. I know how tough it can be and you’ve done so much. Truck looks great! Definitely worth the money put into it! 👍🏼
you can hear the fans in the headlamp bulbs because the dust cover is touching the back of the replacement Diode Dynamics bulbs. Love the bulbs, great light pattern. I ground the inside of the dust cover with a 90 grinder & a 80grit 2” disc. Minimized the him greatly.
What will you do when your tires need to be replaced? Do you plan on just buying 5 tires every time? What if those tires are not available in a couple of years? Nice Truck 4 sure.
These are the ones I have, or should I say I used to have. Sold the truck a few years ago. www.headlightrevolution.com/ford-f150-xb-led-headlights-B-LF501_2?quantity=1
Thank you for showing the Card version and not phone. I have to multi task for unlocking with card in front and hand behind door handle. Still haven’t been able to Lock it with card. Starting car was easy after set up.
@TheCarCrazyGuy would you happen to know the specs of the OEM tires for thoese rims? I can't find nothing online for the tires only specs on the rim ..
Ma Bell got broken up only to come back to AT&T :) I was curious why you switched to the Kona N over the Civic ST. I had the Kona N and it was a riot but I wanted a different driving experience switching over to the Integra A-spec Tech 6MT. Went to a CT4-V Blackwing 6MT but just only used 7/10th if car. Looking for something more low key and non sport car like the Civic ST CVT
The reason I switched was the factory buffed right through the clearcoat on the driver side roof rail. I knew if they repainted it it would just fail later on. So I sold it and went to the Kona N. After that, I decided I wanted an EV. So I purchased a Genesis GV60 performance, which I still have to this date.
