It’s good to remind singlets that the suffering is similar to *metaphorical* sufferings by singlets… but worse… and to access empathy as you are doing, by talking about this very human experience. After all… singlets do all the same self-damage with no excuse but our own dumb misguidedness! You were young and scared. You are easily forgiven, by any compassionate entity. Wishing I could take your pain away. Hoping you recover your time “away” and continue to use your experience to advance wisdom and compassion for all. Just keep swimming! Thankyou for this video, I think you are the only video I’ve seen about endo systems that doesn’t harass, fakeclaim or be ableist to us. There is many resources about endo systems even if they don’t specifically say endogenic. An example is in the ISSTD the diagnostic criteria for DID and dissociative plurality mentions you don’t necessarily need trauma to be DXed
You raised points that we had not thought about. We are still at first steps about understanding our identities, and how to present them to others. many of our alters don't yet have names at the front. how to attribute their contributions properly. our system grieves the potential loss of any of our alters.. it is strange that society does not also see it this way.

I agree that your experience is incomprehensible to most singlets. -- In our system, 5 days ago several alters kicked our host out of the front... two days later they panicked that they could not fond the host personality, and that it may have died. They brought the host back... but it really impacted our system. its so hard to understand how this works within our brain/body. -- i hope things improve for you (less abuse from others).

thank you for sharing your experiences. i only discovered i was a system recently. i have one voice/part that is constantly saying i should commit suicide. it becomes more active when my body is overtired, or when i drink to much alcohol. i suspect it is encouraging me to drink, and then tells me to hurt myself. i dont have a good strategy for managing this. i try to ask it to say "i am hurt and unhappy ", instead of "i want to commit suicide". sometimes it helps for a little while. i hope you find a safe way to help your introjects take on new and more healthy rolls and/or experiences.
Would you tell that to someone who told you they are suicidal? I would ask what's wrong. Even though you kinda know what's wrong, there may be more beneath the surface of your frustration. Wishing you all the best. I'm also struggling with a section of my personality, not an alter though, it is something that developed from trauma. Sometimes I do wonder if I sleep at all at night. If maybe this part of me has developed its own mind. I don't know. I hope someone can relate, and that people begin to believe me when I tell them I want to get better. I don't want to repeat the evil that has cursed my family.

We agree 100%! It’s possible a person could have pre-birth trauma in the womb and become multiple! We called these systems gateway systems because as they entered the gate of birth their consciousness was already split.
Thank you for making this video. I live in Russia, and all I can do is spread information or do other stuff that doesn't involve going to rallies. Because I'm disabled, and I will most certainly die with the way "police" handles protestors. At this point, I'm thinking bombing kremlin is the most humane choise left. Because as you said, putin won't stop at anything, he's a crazy madman. And europe's sanctions so far are nowhere near enough.

Along with just respecting other people's experiences Noone has any right gatekeeping anyone else's experiences, ever! But especially when it's something so subjective as plurality/consciousness Just respect people Lack of evidence isn't proof of lack, very important scientific principle. But endos have been documented in studies since the 90s either way Just wanted to note though that endos can be disordered still, and even diagnosed. Anyone can experience traumas and need help. (The terms endo/traumagenic were invented by an endogenic system diagnosed with DID too even) And yes some endos are born plural, but others become plural later in life, or even choose to become plural (eg via tulpamancy) They can have dissociative disorders, or other disorders, without the system itself being disordered too We're endo and diagnosed with DID and C-PTSD btw, along with other stuff We see DID more as a syndrome, of plurality and C-PTSD interacting with each other. Plurality isn't inherently a disorder, simply existing is never a pathology
Dissociation is a very much a physical and mental disorder. Dissociative amnesia and fugue are very much physical. Alters can self harm, not eat,, wonder off and become lost away from home Dissociative Disorders can make it difficult to keep a job because of amnesia and switch. You have to list dissociative disorders when getting a driver's license. Pls do more research before spreading such false information
Like I already said, please, check what is social model of disability is. If something calling a disorder now it’s doesn’t mean that it’s: -really something bad, aka really a disorder/illnesses -don’t lead to a problem. For example person who could hear in a deaf world would also have a problems and be a disabled and some spechialists would call the ability to hear a disorder. But it doesn’t mean that the ability to hear is a disorder(aka need to be fixed, sometimes that harm person just like that). It’s only mean that in this society it’s a disability. In the world creating by multiple for multiple singlet would be considered disabled

I find my old headphones. Ver.B.A. just hide it under Lina’s skirt on the ironing board. So yeah, since no one send me money for a new ones or bought Amazon gift card everything ok. So sad about having your childhood diagnosis of autism getting changed to schizophrenia in Russia/Ukraine! Our system is over age 50 and have a college degree, kids and work full time. Some autistic adults do have the mental age of a child, but most are as mature as any other adult. We are all different, but all autistic. Thank you for talking about the stereotypes adult autistics have to deal with! 💜
