I leave the water on, unplug the power, cover the pump, release the pressure at the nozzle momentarily. if you found the video helpful don't forget to like and subscribe
Hi will. My barrels are up on cinder blocks. They are connected as you show but are not filling. It is currently raining and the one barrel is overflowing into patio. What have i done wrong? Do they need to be on the ground? They are even heights as you show. I appreciate your guidance!
Hi, lets start with the basics are both valves open? Can the second barrel "breath" top open? Did you watch this video? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-x2LwwrJ2Uj0.html
Hello have a question would this method still work with 2 different size barrels 1 is 55 gallon barrel and the other is alot smaller maybe 30 gallon barrel smaller barrel is alot shorter and not as wide.
I got a 50 gallon rain wizard rain barrel that don't out out enough pressure to use thru a hose. Was going to buy pump but now im questioning as it looks im need to buy that accumulator as well. This is getting expensive. I just wanted my yard to stop flooding. Well now i need to be able to get the water to go thru a hose so I can out the water elsewhere.
Good morning, thanks for the video. It appears you are out of stock. Do you know when you will be restocked? Thanks again for the video. I was way over complicating stacking two totes. Simple is always better.
Thanks for sharing. I’ve purchased the pump and accumulator. I have a 275 gallon IBC tote on my land next to my bus I’m remodeling. This is going to help. I also ordered some filter tanks to add to the line
Is it possible to connect 8 totes, 4 on top of another? Im trying to get 8 connected and filling from one downspout. I would like to have 4 as the base with 4 more on top.
Really like what you did. I saw many weight box builds and unfortunately didnt see yours which Im hating right now. That is one of the sweetest weight boxes I've seen. Saving room for tools in a dry container is seriously cool. I had mirrors in same spot but kept getting them knocked around clearing trees and brush. Suicide knob is the best mod imo :)
Flaking off after two years is not very desirable. I painted mine some year and a half ago with Aqua Blue because that was the left over paint. I did apply a good coat of undercoat before I spayed painted it with exterior paint. I see no visible flaking off. But I have to be careful not to scratch the paint as paint doesn't adhere to IBC plastic very well at all.
Thx for the vid! You helped ease my mind knowing I would be able to move 2 totes that a kind person is giving away on offerup. Now time to figure out how to set these babies up to harvest some rain!
I looked at your other videos on your Channel to see if I could find a video on this topic and so far I haven't seen one. How do you keep the tote of water from freezing during the winter? I want to be able to hook something up so I have water in my currently dry cabin.
Hi I like your video. I'm trying to do water at a dry cabin. I just went on your links and the first pump that you can plug into a regular plug is not available.
Your video inspired me. I used Loctite spray can of heat and water resistant glue like 3M weatherstrip to hold plain old aluminum foil which blocks 100 percent of sunlight.
Thx much for this, I'm finding few vid reviews of them. I'm looking at getting their 42", which are >$100 cheaper than Titan's....PLUS they're US made.
