Just to remind us, regarding sleeping pose, it can be done also symmetrical to the other side if it is hot wearher and we want to cool the body during sleep. The pose you showed is if we want to warm the body during sleep. It has to do with which nostril gets activated (always the upper) related to the side you use. Love and gratitude, we met I think, long time ago in Croatia, I believe, you acompained dear Swamiji at that time.
@@BigChungus369 Thanks for the reply. My understanding is that the primary cause of stiffness in body is due to waste matter accumulation. How can Yogic exercises help in that case? Is the improvement by Yogic exercises only temporary?

I am unable to understand what exactly this Swamiji is saying and doing with the skull-spine-hip bone in so many videos. (I know he is a big achiever, seen his younger day's amazing video) I perfectly understand Hindi but not this. (Audio also not clear enough). Can somebody please explain clearly in English??
