I have eaten here 3 times now the food is devine the fillet steak is cooked to perfection, the Mexican fish tacos are amazing and the 10 hour slow cooked belly pork is on another level everything that is cooked and made here is made with passion and a flare for excellence I would highly recommend making a reservation when going here for the taste restaurant and the taste bistro which is nextdoor, they have a fine selection of wines to compliment each dish.
Looks wonderfull if you like cilantro. Personally it tastes like poison and I read somewhere that 10% of people get a strange reaction of fight or flight. I will make it a point to go here next time I'm down again.
Great video. However I wouldn't recommend anyone to have a sleep over or partying in the caves as the rocks are known to be quite brittle and can cause cave ins. The highlands can also be quite cold. The fortress itself is part of an archaeological site, and is declared a historial landmark. The caves were used as granaries, storehouses, habitats and even burials and a temple.
