Arizona Project Archaeology provides a fully developed interdisciplinary science-based Archaeological curriculum to 3rd - 5th grade History Teachers to meet prehistory Arizona State Standards. This comprehensive curriculum uses archaeological inquiry to foster an understanding of past and present cultures; improve social studies and science education; and enhance citizenship education to help preserve our archaeology legacy.

Arizona Project Archaeology provides services to educators, students and learners of all ages in three ways:
1. High-quality curricular Materials that model authentic archaeological inquiry.
2. Professional development for all educators including classroom teachers, informal educators and Archaeologists.
3. Support for Project Archaeology educators through state and regional programs, conferences, new materials and networking opportunities.
