Taking all that care on those tiddlers facing them upstream, not quite Graeme Pullen’s method 😂 But then neither is it yours when just lobbin em into a keepnet on a lake 🤔 what’s the difference ?
This whole weed business seems to be very technical with massively contradicting opinions from good angler to good angler. Of course you can catch with your bait in the weed, after all that’s where the carp love to be isn’t it? And aren’t they meant to eat vegetation hence the reason the yanks put em in? So the question is how to gently flutter ya rig down to settle on the top of it? Obviously no lead, and bait boat. If we tighten the line as much as poss before dropping the bait, then maybe we could use line clips to hook the fish. Send out boilie HALVES in the boat which flutter down gently, along with other lightweight baits, casters, maybe maize, bran etc. Surely someone’s tried this in history ?

i go to this fishery every year lakes are brilliant people and staff are so friendly would not go anywhere else great fishing and relaxing cottages cleaned toa a high standard carnt waiting to go again very soon
Very good look at the venue. Love farlows. Shame it gets so busy, but thats just a sign of how good the place is I guess. If only they'd get the cafe facilities open again!
Adam always gives great advice throughout his videos, and this one is no exception. Particularly where mainline is concerned about fishing in heavily weeds or snag areas, too many people in this day and age fish with free spools set to loose, when fishing in weedy waters or near snags.

Hi Adam, I fish a lake in Kent. It's a club water, but maybe of interest to you, as its very deep, silty, and around the forty acre mark, with a scattering of features amongst all the deep water and silt. Let me know if this would be something you'd entertain. There's some good fish in it. But it's not an easy venue by any means. Michael.
Amazing film guys, quality content instead of product placement for a change .The emotion i felt on that last fish was edge of your seat stuff.......as we have all been there. This is what fishing is all about... I wish summer would hurry up now......
Think these films will help me in bye fishing as the lake i go to is a hard water as the fish very skits and not easy bit ive been able to find whers they like to hold up alot of the time. The lake you fish at the start is the same shape but smaller and really weedy. Would be great to see how you woud fish this lake but it in scottland a bit far out of your way,a few 25 plus my biggest is 15lb.
