Love it!! Debussy would be thrilled to hear a child play this piece from "children's corner" suite. It's such an imaginative journey an she captures it.
I knew a fellow once (a tenor) who had learned this by ear as the only piano piece he knew. That was impressive, but not as impressive as this child's performance. Well done, young lady.
I thought it was beautifully played. I noticed she had peddle extensions. Wowzer! I did wonder if the feeling, which we believe we are hearing being expressed, is understood by a player so young. If there is no sense of emotion, then this is incredible precision and rote learning without understanding. I think she is from Japan. These amazing performances by children (not just piano) come from all over the world. The desire to play can come from the child or parent not necessarily a Nation

as beautiful as this performance , and nice to see, OK it s incredible so much feelings by a 7 years old chinese girl .....practice with a "gun on your neck" since 2 or 3 years old and 8 hours per days , and you ll play as well...........they do the same with the gym's champions , or circus ....did she have a normal 7 years old life......???
Really impressive! This music demands big hands but she can handle with it. I think her hands doesn´t reach an octave, but it doesn´t take away her merity. The melody from 1:11 to 1:45 is clearly played. This section, to me, is the more difficult of entire music because of this smoothness and calmness of melody between 2 accompaniments. I loved! Just 7 years and playing Rachmaninoff...
Brava! yours is by far the most musical on youtube of this piece. Most others play it so darn fast that all the subtle pearls are lost but your playing is really beautiful and sensitive. I hope that you will continue to pursue music for the pure joy of it and not to please anyone but yourself.
