Sopot. The best small city on the planet. City of my early childhood. I remember winter of 1961. Temp drop to -30C. Baltic Sea was frozen, so theoretically you could walk to Sweden. My grandma and we used to dance on ice near MOLO ( Sopot pier) LIZGINKA, what's traditional dance of joy
Another great video. I recently look at some properties in San Rafael de Mendoza, but I did not like area. I really like Argentina and want to buy something there and your area looks like what I am looking for. Can you recommend any real estate companies? Thanks and Pura Vida!
If you like the look of our area, try looking around the Sierras Grandes, Sierras Chicas and Traslasierra. Honestly, the best way to find a property is to already be in the country and do the legwork in person - most real estate companies are small and family run. Many of our friends and neighbours who've bought in the area found their places by driving around and then calling the #s posted on the land for sale signs.

Hobie is still around. He's about 9 years old now! Still frisky and full of mischief. He enjoys biting exposed ankles, chewing people's hair while they sleep and he demands a new flavour of wet cat food almost daily. 😅

The horse whispering show looked AMAZING. It is a shame it isn't the standard way they train all horses. There is a channel called "Think like a horse" that proves that anyone can ride a horse and train one to be ridden using just a bridle. Making them wear bits is SO cruel- as anyone can imagine if they had a metal bar placed over the back of their tongue and had to endure being pulled every which way by ropes attached to that that. Imagine the STRESS let alone the difficulty swallowing .

We do love visiting estancias! They are all so different and it's always a unique experience. I'm glad to hear you got to experience them as well during your travels to Argentina.
