@@Xcx284 hi. No, I did not set any limit and I did take off in manual (or rather switched to it right away after take off). It bumped me down to N when I hit the limit. I would have been happy if that limit only existed in N and S but you can’t disable it in any mode.

@@seb-depp I don’t think u can disable height limit. It’s programmed to switch to N whenever it’s out of any limit. But, it’s mentioned in Dji forum that the height limit is 50m without GPS. So I’m just curious to know if I have full M control within these limit? Landing will definitely be a pain especially when N and satellites isn’t available. Lol

@@Xcx284 well, as you saw I was far away from 50 m and I doubt very much that it would’ve been different if I had really taken off in manual and not only switched to it right away. I’m sure that you could switch to N at any time to land (it really would have been a pain otherwise though better than in the original fpv…)

Yes I saw the vid. But u did exit the 50m height limit (in ur case 10m), but not in range limit(horizontally), which why the N mode kicked in. I had an experience once where my sensors had a sudden error after a bumb and it behaved frantically after I quickly switch to N. It’s crashed. So that’s why I try to steer away from N whenever I’m in trouble in the air. Still need some digging into this though

@@Xcx284 yes, after a crash or even a small hit in the air it can act weiredly. I sold mine in January and haven’t missed it at all. If you can fly manual you might look for a „real“ fpv like the Nazgul or the Flywoo Explorer - they fly so much better…

@@seb-depp bird eyes are not working like ours ... you see it how often birds are flying against normal double glas windows which are clearly visible!

Vielen Dank. Ja, manchmal habe ich die Aufnahmen, die zur Musik passen, manchmal muss ich sie kürzen... Gestern kam die neue Explorer - scheint einen besseren GPS-Chip zu haben (wurde auch Zeit, mein alter hat oft 4 Minuten gebraucht...)

@@seb-depp schön zu hören, das du dir einen neuen Explorer zugelegt hast. Meiner ist jetzt ca. 1 Jahr alt. Für 6 Satelliten brauch das GPS Modul ca. 45-60 sek.
