Scam of an app. No delivery guy was assigned for over 15 mins so I cancelled my prepaid courier service and refund hasn't been issued yet. The customer service chat is absolutely useless and trash. It has been 7 days and now when I emailed them they replied with a invalid ARN for tracking. They have now stopped replying to my emails as well. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE!!!
U guys are not worrh people trust it's been 2 years still i haven't recive my money back which u guys had cancl the order shame on ur customer service whch actually is not there
The order yet again was mishandled by your representative with eatables like and fruits and vegetable kept on the ground. Least expected by a company like Dunzo when the order has been placed as frequently. If you are not interested in delivery the good in appropriate manner have it cancelled from you representative. let be more educated and educate the other daily!
The order was given in unusual manner with fruits and vegetable kept on the floor in a packet. I understand you going improving your threshold to improve your customer base. Please ask the the representative to delivery the good in customers hands and not place on the ground especially when they are eatable.
Agar aapne company chalu ki hai kahi logo ke ghar chal rahe hai bohot acha kam kiye hai aapne lekin kuch log hai jo rider ko harash karrahe hai mere husband ki I'd sirf itna bolne par band kar diya ke sir barish horahe hai plz etc mode suru karo pone gante se barish mai kam karrahe hai bas is baat pe I'd band hogai abhi is time pe plz aap apni nazar Mumbai pe bhi rakho andhere mai rider ke sath acha nahi horaha hai plz help me or other humlogo ka ghar ispe chalta hai.
Don't even trust these guys ...they lost my bag and didn't even inform until and unless i myself called the delivery boy ....and they are asking 24hours to resolve ....if that bag of mine was not that important to be sent right now as urgent ..why would I send that with these guys ... within 24hrs ..i would have crawled to that place and got that bag...and in bonus these guys didn't even deliver my bag and also have my amount which i paid for the delivery.....trust me ...they don't even ducking care about your things
