Hi Amy, I was exactly at this stage too. Exactly in the way you described previously. I didn't consider it a problem because I saw my work, my family, my social life But the next day I couldn't remember anything I did or said. Wow.... Wow, I love you so much for this podcast. A year and a half ago I chose to quit alcohol addiction. I know what this means, I actually relapsed after three months of abstinence. Now I am free from this vice, from this addiction. Thanks again, you are doing a wonderful job

It is. and at that time I did not know the instruments that I know today Although I have been practicing Access Bars for about five years, at that time I was not aware and did not yet know how to use the access tools. So, until now I was in contact with entities and I didn't know. Everything you described as physical and psycho-emotional symptoms I went through and some of them I'm still going through. thank you very much, with much gratitude. from now on I look at things differently and receive them differently. ❤🙂
Love this short reminder of the symptoms , especially the nights , taught it was of the menopauze and having to pie a lot , but to tired to think about what else it could be
