Good attempt at filling in the gaps, though I think you've got certain parts incorrect where the 'original' lyrics are in fact correct. For example, it still sounds to me like he's saying "Too scared to go to the police" especially when I slow down playback to 0.75x, and contextually, I think that this wording would make the most sense.
