Like how he actually thought him a lot of people just watch you fail while making fun of you. However I’ve never seen a set of kids that aren’t good with physical manual labor than this last gen. Idk what gen it is but Im about to retire and I’ve thought many people in my field. But this last gen is the one that doesn’t even know how to use their own hands. It’s only getting worse and worse! 🤣 props to the teachers and the ones who want to learn!
Bless his heart for trying and not giving up….BUT LAWD HAVE MERCY!!! You’ve got a GREEN one! 😮💨 Good luck and I hope you already have the patience of a saint. 😅😂
put fucking safety glasses on good god man. im literally in eye surgery recovery right now because i walked into a fender mirror a coworker didnt cover up. i had safety glasses on and it still messed me up. this video is the blind leading the blind.
Try showing the right way instead of watching him and making a video of him looking stupid and no what you showed him to do is not the right way. Your cat claw or a simple block behind the head of the hammer gives leverage Kids teaching kids never works
Yeah at least you showed him. Stop crying that there are no young workers in your work line if all you do is laugh at them. In todays world not everybody has a dad or has the opportunity to use tools as a kid. If someone is motivated to learn, you have to ACTUALLY teach them. Cant stand people that treat others as if they are dumb, they get kicked out of the business i work at instantly. No respect = no job, and we have people of all ages and we are a great team. Everybody can learn from everybody, its that easy old people.
Here’s my thing man, as long as you show him the right way and explain leverage to him he will remember that moment for the rest of his life no joke, or laugh at him all day and he’s going to go home discouraged and that’s not cool. As a carpenter I’ll be the first one to say we are all mostly fuck ups and misfits and that’s why we ended up where we are. We have all been there, Men build each other up. Iron sharpens iron.
first , get the right tool for the job !, that is a hammer but is not for real Man Carpenter, useless hammer, teaching them right!, You look the same as him when you let him use that tool, he is the image of his master, period
before I was offered my apprenticeship I had been on the job for more than 3 months and it took another month to make it official. The apprentice shown acts like its the first day on the job and his journeyman hasn't shown him anything
Quick tip: Turn the hammer and push instead of pulling.. and it will be better. Because you can get the nail in ur eye and its not a pretty picture. I do construction so this is like breathing for me.. just a tip tho and also dont yank it just push it down. You can fall backwards
