Let's create something beautiful and fun together! On my channel, you'll find lots of creative items for your home. I especially like to create centerpieces, both DIY and those to sell. You'll also find me making soap and wreaths. If you love what I make, but prefer to buy it, you can find lots of centerpieces, wreaths and soap on my website. Thanks for watching!
To secure the saddle to the marker, I use 26g wire. After bending the base around the stone, I attached a piece of wire to the front of each end of the frame/base, and run it all the way down under the edge of the marker, then around to the back and tighten it as much as I can before attaching it to the back of the saddle. I repeat on the other end. It keeps it nice and snug and seems to be a deterent from theft (yes, I’ve had arrangements stolen). The wire is barely visible if you step back from the marker.
Will to begin your styrofoam should have been covered first with Spanish Moss or the green moss I'm not sure what they call it myself anyway it's easier to cover first and then if you're doing silk you could use different green rice but your end result I saw it came out very pretty you have an eye for it definitely I worked in sympathy both fresh and silk and I used to think of a centerpiece when I would do a a casket piece or easel or either a something to go on like you said the headstone they do use a clear tape to tape a when you bend the saddle on to the gravestone they use a clear cellophane tape and just wrap several times around it holds its securely of course when I did fresh I like to use about 3 to 4 different green leaves most people will do floral first I like my greens done first because then I fell in with the flowers it's a little more costly that way as far as being reasonably priced but like I said tutorials help even though I've been doing this had been doing it for years and years I also watch tutorials all the time anyway enjoyed it it looks fabulous thank you for sharing
Hello James from Dallas Texas I just let you know I've done hundreds of sympathy work worked for a funeral home and we were connected to the forest was connected to the cemetery anyway I always feel that you need to green or Saddles first and then apply length and width Heights and go in between and go through there it's kind of like you're doing it backwards metal Corsa saddle you could prop up Bend those handles on each side but I would always try to watch a tutorial if you've never done this before but I like people that know sympathy work there's several online that I watch good luck❤
It’s so hard to find other tutorials that aren’t 5-10 years old that show a real arrangement and not something you have to pay $100 for or have a degree in floral design. Thank you!
I am so glad this came up in my feed! You’re a great teacher. I recently bought a pair of vintage juvenile skates and wasn’t sure quite how to decorate/display them. This is very helpful. They appear to have been painted already but could use a do-over. Have a blessed day!
Hello Dawn, THIS is the tree topper I've been searching for😱 And the fact that you're sharing how to make it😍 Because my tree is in need of tree topper therapy 😂 Thx for Sharing! Happy Holidays 🎄🙏🏻❤️
