Hi Phil I’m using 20lt eclipse emulsion to 10lt water the pressure is around 2000 to 2200 any less and the finish Doesn’t look as good on the plaster the graco 595 was new in December
@@alanfo what tip? I spray Optiva Primer on new plaster. Slightly thinned.. not a lot though. 516 tip and no more than 1800psi Less if it's on heated floors lol
@@ProfessionalPainterDecorator using a 517 tip. I don’t get a the privilege of heat plus must of the houses are not even cleaned out and are full of Materials or damp
Hi Phil it’s Supposed to be a clean shot shut of valve from eBay cheap one that does swivel. I have never used the oem one as they are £180. I basically only got it to use as a swivel head to get a better angle when spraying at hight. Waiting for the mwep to come
@@alanfo doesn't look like it yas a knob on it to turn/twerk it to stop tails? That also depends on thickness of paint, the pressure and spray tip size.
You are 100% right it doesn’t have the knob on the end but on the eBay Description it says shut of valve. I never thought of looking at that I was only after it so I could adjust the angle. Just been in to have a look at some others and they have the knob on
@@alanfo it just sound it has to much pressure. Replacing tips often helps prevent over spray but we all have different techniques keep up the good work.
