Got you a peach swordfish there, although some would call it pumpkin. You may know but I can tell you that fish was caught in the Gulf somewhere, possibly off of the Keys.... All those deep ruby red shrimp to feast on. Definitely a difference in that one and regular sword. Nice and fresh
