I havent worked the full thing out but a great commercial would have been where basically one employee overhears the higher ups talking about " Some Bonuses" but he mishears them and they actually said "Sabonois" (Arvydas Sabonis). So the employee tells everyone and everyone is so excited for "some bonus" (talking about buying their wives rings, maybe they make a phone call and tell someone, etc). Then some higher ups are walking through and they overhear employees talking about the "Sabonis" so at this point no one is overhearing correctly.... Fast forward to when the higher ups bring everyone in the room and both parties are so freaking excited (employees think the higher ups are excited for them / higher ups think the employees are excited for Sabonis) Then the higher ups make a presentation and say alright lets bring in "Sabonis" (clapping / excited) and then all the employees realize its "Sabonis" not "Some bonus" and they all turn and look at the employee who overheard the wrong thing. Rough draft but it could work.
They should have had the one where Van Pelt asks Fluff what he needs for his contract negotiations. Nine iron. Also, the one with Scott Boras negotiating Van Pelt’s contract. “We’re going to need the Snuggy.”
