How do you split utility bills? For example, Roomie A's gf visited or stayed for a night, or when a roomie has more electronic gadgets and devices, or when someone homecooks more than the others? Call me a cheapskate, stingy, or whatnot, but I don't want to pay for someone else's lovers, friends, or family because I or my family worked hard for my money. I'm just curious how it works. 😅
Whoever put that lock on the appt is an absolute idiot. Easy as hell these days to crack one of those. You'd be better off with a Masterlock for christs sake, and we all know how shit those are.
We are a modern residential community located right in Midtown. We offer a unique blend of living and urban convenience, catering to young professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and creatives. We offer coworking spaces, a fitness center, rooftop lounge, and social gathering areas. We also offer various events at our property where the community can connect, network and socialize.
Why is there a metal rack in a microwave oven? And why are you setting the controls when the door is open? If you did it while the door is closed, you wouldn't need to use your other hand to stabilize the door.
This. And I just sweep once a or twice week with a wet rag on each room of the apartment and done. I can't even imagine having so much dirt you end up like the video. Disgusting.
You mean youre in the heart of the city so you cant financially justify having a car. I live in Chicago and will never understand the people that prefer to not have a car but desperately ask people for help when they need a car
Living in New York City, public transit is often more cost-effective and efficient than using a vehicle, especially for local travel. For longer trips or out-of-state travel, a car can be useful but it is also expensive to maintain and runs the risk of being vandalized or stolen when not in use. I'm sure its similar to Chicago.
