I made these last night and I think I've over baked them as they are a bit dry. In future I'll take them out of the oven earlier. Thank you for the recipe
Did you have the heat on high? Once the water is boiling, put the heat on low with the lid on, until the water is absorbed, and rice is tender. Or maybe you didn’t do the rice to water ratio depending on the type of rice.
That's very interesting cooking method that I want to try at home someday. But I have a question for you, What kind of sausage are you usually using? Do you use Frankfurt, or do you use cabanossi?
