Not sure which home you're referencing for $936K, but yes, Westin makes a very pretty home, indeed. Their signature rotunda ceiling is a fave among many. 🙂
@minnieweaver Ahhhhh, ok. A model home will just about always show better than an inventory home. Now, if there was a model of the Calvin all decked out with all the upgrades they normally put in these models, who knows. 😉

@minnieweaver Toll Brothers puts out a nice, high-end product, but thanks, and appreciate that. Most people do like the finished models, but I also like showing the inventories as well for a couple reasons. One, it's a blank canvas and the viewer can envision their own personal touches to it, and it also affords potential buyers to jump on it if it's still available 😉 But thanks again for tuning in to your channel and giving your input! 😀
Nice home But where are the homes in suburbs with a city feel? Homes close to shopping restaurants churches Walmart & everything? I prefer being in a neighborhood of homes I'm not the wide open secluded area person😊

@bonniesmartt2679 The square footage will make a lil bit of a difference. It all depends on which Toll you're comparing it to. The larger two-story homes by Toll that I've videoed are several hundred square feet larger or more larger.
I was taught that its best to house shop during the rain, you could see any leaks/defaults before your walk through, just a suggestion, Mr. Terrell will be sure to show you everything when you purchase your next home with him ! ❤
I have the same exact model house. I just wish that the closet had a his and hers closet, I wish that our living room and laundry room was more spacious. Other than that, it's a great house and we are in love with our home.
The Preston is one of Westin's more popular floor plans. The layout is very nice and the larger-covered patio is also pretty cool as well. Glad you're enjoying your home!
There are many choices to be made at the design center as far as the cabinetry and carpets are concerned, or you could forego carpet altogether and have wood throughout. The choices are endless.

Hi Terrel, do you know why this community hasn't sold nesrly as fast as Woodsons Reserve or The Enclave at Woodlands? Is it schools, crime, etc? What makes this community a good choice vs other TB communities from your perspective as a realtor?
@blahblahblah23 Hey. Hey! That's a very good question. Now, Woodson's Reserve is on fire right now because of its location. Right in between two of our major highways, getting you to your destination pretty quickly. And, it's only 17 minutes away from the Woodlands, which is still a favorite for many, which explains the success of the Enclave. Now, I'm guessing since Teaswood Avenue is farther north up near Willis, and being a smaller community, as well as kinda secluded could be the reason. Even though it's not all that far from the Woodlands, in my opinion, some folks may wanna be closer to entertainment and shopping. But I still like the coziness of Teaswood. 😉

Sometimes those one-story homes do spread out and take up a little yard space, and this one is almost 3200 sq ft. But, it keeps yard maintenance down a lil bit. 😉
I love the way he gives tours, other people are always too playful when they are giving tours of homes. They're always popping out of closets and jumping around as if they are trying to sell homes to preteens or something

@Gio-ue8ps Yes, Zip is the material of choice for custom builders. Yes, it costs more but it pays for itself in the long run, giving you a higher quality, efficient home that lasts and lasts. 😉
Now THIS is a tour the other videos that I've seen didn't do this beautiful community ANY justice, some of these realtors are too playful with the tours, and others have videos only like 2 minutes long.
