How can I make a answer of the Auto reply only send 1 message in a period of time? I have multiple Keywords in the first message like, "Hello", Good day", "How are you?" If a person send this in diferent texts the auto reply send multiple times the same text. I just need one.

How does the broadcast work? Is it possible to control the time interval between messages? How many WhatsApp numbers are allowed per license? How many computers can use the crm simultaneously per license? Can you make a video giving more details about this?

1. You can login an account on different computers, but we don't suggest you do it. It may cause mismatching when different computers execute on same account at the same time. 2.We integrated another product for broadcast, as you know, bulk message sending is not allowed by WhatsApp Officially, so that we won't emphasise it in our product.
The message scheduler shows some messages as sent but they were not sent. If there are several messages to send at the same time, it does not send them. That seems like a bug. On the other hand, the translations into Spanish are not complete, and nobody responds by WhatsApp or by email - despite the fact that they read them-

Is there any option to redirect the first lead chat with another like sales agent, i mean i can use a "landing whatsap" to response automatically but how to redirect this contact to a another one , is that possible? Thanks
