Years ago family friends visited us in England in the 70’s . Sue & Roy were a flying Nurse & her husband was a pilot for flying Doctors in Australia. She taught me some tapping & pressure point rubbing for migraines & Car sickness. I used on my girls when they were younger, successfully. I still use them. Thanks Dondi, this is such a great reminder to do figure 8 Exercise for our eyes. They do feel sore from time to time. Why? I’d forgotten to do my eye exercise. Will try to do this every day! Am so grateful for many of you & Moms simple easy exercise’s make such a difference to wellbeing and health, Thank You! Dondi looking good in green & pink… your outfits are always beautiful. My Grandmother taught me Health and Beauty go together! My Mother was a Seamstress, and made many of my clothes in 60’s. Wonder if this will help menieres disease. Ill try anything. Plus id rather stay away from big pharma. If you ladies know of anything that could help me id appreciate it alot. Sometimes my vertigo lasts entire day. Can hardly stand yet alone walk and it comes on so violently and without warning

I’ve also never been married and happy with that but I sometimes wish I did more dancing when younger. Now I do ecstatic dances in my kitchen randomly to make up for the energy lost 🎉❤
