Hi, I'm JoAnna! I was born in Brooklyn, NY, to an Italian immigrant family. After graduating from Fordham University, I worked as a salesperson for Bloomberg L.P., which led to a career on Wall Street as a credit derivatives broker. Before the age of 30, I invested in California real estate, resigned from my job in finance, and started to build a new life on the West Coast as a self-made millionaire. Now, I work as a luxury real estate agent with one of the top teams in the nation, The Altman Brothers, from Bravo's 'Million Dollar Listing LA.' As a licensed real estate professional since 2013, my total career sales volume has exceeded $125 million.
I am also a mother, wife, and your go-to expert regarding the SoCal lifestyle. My mission is to help you raise the bar through real estate & finance, healthy living, and relationship building.
Great video/music. Kudos to the Altman Bros. Unfortunately....there will be a lot of problems selling this home. PROS: 1. Nice façade 2. great view 3. Interesting architectural details. CONS: 1.The outdoor space is a huge problem. Just a jacuzzi. No outdoor pool. No outdoor kitchen...just a bbq & seating. (I get that the parcel is sunken & a bit odd...but come on!) 2. The kitchen itself is too small for this price point. No butler's pantry...no catering kitchen etc. 3. The developer spent $2million on marble. Overkill. Money not well spent. 4. Too many black accents (staircases etc) Lazy design. Better suited for a cheaper flip. I feel like this 'developer' Michael Gerro is way out of his league on a house at this price point. He decided to ignore what the livability of what someone would expect...& thought spending millions of dollar on over the top marble would net him the most income/return! Sorry!...not sorry. ☹ *Sidenote* The bots on this page are incredibly obvious! Not a good look!
I'm pretty sure Graham Stephan is not a bot, lol. I can't speak for the others who left comments. They certainly are not paid for by me. The house sold for over $2,000 per foot last year. Michael Gerro is a really nice guy and doing big things. Hope you enjoy the episode this week.
Beyond perfect it’s the land that’s got the most amazing energy and the entertain inside is it’s a gallery in itself beautiful furniture put inside and lots of beautiful artwork. It’s gonna look amazing in a dream. 🙏💯👑
Best part of that interview is you dude representing that Yankee baseball cap. They are the standard. No matter where you go in the world you always see people wearing New York Yankee baseball caps. That's a fact. Word to the mother.
I have gold and blue cash preferred, I would love to have the platinum card but I'm in popup jail, I can still get the card but it will just be without the SUB
Thank you for your feedback. I can clarify on those points. The 4 pm late check-out, room upgrades, and complimentary breakfast are typically offered at hotels within the Fine Hotel program, which is more expensive. Still, there are plenty of other inexpensive hotels where you can earn and redeem points within the program. You also get complimentary gold status with Hilton & Marriott, which are benefits that I don’t even cover in this video. My mom is an additional user on my account and takes advantage of these, along with airline lounge access. I don’t get into the TSA pre-check and Clear membership fee reimbursement, which are also nice perks. There’s also a Walmart membership monthly fee reimbursement. I couldn’t cover every Amex benefit in this video. I tried to highlight my favorites and show how to take advantage of them when you accumulate points wisely. The hotel program is my favorite point redemption option. My friend used my referral link to open a card and got 150,000 points for signing up and meeting the 6-month spending requirements. That equates to a pretty nice hotel stay. I intend to help people maximize their benefits if they sign up for the card. I hope this provides better insight.
I am a big fan of saving, too. I use the Amex high yield savings account with a current 4.35% APY to pay all my credit card bills on time and in full every month. It just makes a lot of sense to charge business and personal expenses and rack up points. Let me know what other saving tips I can help with.
The Amex Platinum and Gold are two of my favorite cards. People like to complain about the Platinum having 1x MR point multipliers for anything outside of travel, but the value you get through the benefits the card offers (if you use them) is unmatched, IMO.
I completely agree! I think most people just don’t know the multitude of benefits here. There are so many additional little perks that pop up throughout the year. I’ve also received a lot of points by referring friends. It all adds up!
Thank you, Tony! My friends who used my referral link are all really happy with the decision to upgrade to this card. What's your favorite perk? Mine is the 4pm late check out at the fine hotels. We use this all the time to maximize our stays!
For the sauce, I used Mutti Passata Puree, which is able to withstand heat very well. You can order this on Amazon or look for it at your grocery store. I do also like San Marzano tomatoes when doing a sauce for pastas. I sauté onions in a good olive oil on low heat first, then pour the sauce and add seasonings like salt, pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes. The dough recipe is listed step by step in the description. Hope this further explanation helps.
Wow!!!! Good job! I’m currently expecting, I have worked out pre pregnancy, 5 times a week and still do, this have motivated me that I can lose the pregnancy weight I am putting on.
It will take some time but it motivated me to work harder than ever! ❤️ I had a sweet tooth during pregnancy and could have been better with my diet. A lot of people say breast feeding helps you burn calories but I feel like the weight started coming off after I stopped that at 3 months. Hope this helps! Best of luck in your journey ❤️🙏
