Thank you so much for capturing both the videos I have both of these on tape and I've listened to them over and over. It is so wonderful to see it visually
This is so insightful. Thank you for sharing such good content Dr Olpin! I'm particularly pleased with how you dumb it down and make it very digestible for people without a medical background.
I bought all of Leo's tapes and listened to them on my tape recorder. He was an amazing, warm-hearted man who gave so much love, wisdom, laughter, and joy to the world. We need you now in today's world more than ever.❤
Such a wonderful and inspirational man RIP......My parents and I would watch him back in the 80's when I was just in my teens and he was on PBS. I very fondly recall how he'd always talk about his Momma and also give the audience members hugs at the end of his lectures. Truly unique traits back then that are sadly lacking in this day and age.
I grew up watching Leo’s seminars with my mother on TV. I loved watching him then as a teenager and now at 56. Everyone can relate to his stories about life.
Love this man!! He was my inspiration in my early 20's to go to college and work in the field of human services & I worked with the handicapped for 20 years. Loved spreading the love & working with all ages!! Always remember that motivation thanks to Leo!! God bless him!!!💙
Personally, I find that the more I don’t want to do TM, the more effective it ends up being. In this way, it cultivates detachment and equanimity. This stops the mind from being able to pull you around, making it a servant and not a master. Well, that’s my theory about what this technique is doing.
That’s very interesting, Swinny. I wonder if detachment is one of those things that makes meditation (and most things) a better experience. Thanks for your insights!
I'm grateful I get to watch this video. That I get to go to school and have the oppurtunity to expand my future and life. I'm grateful for a place to live and for family, food, and friends and a job.
Leo was the first man that I could believe as knowing what it actually meant to love someone. He had the strong family connections that I only dreamt of or fantasized about.
