I don’t think the audio is originally part of the video. I recognised the video to be in my locale immediately, which is in Malaysia in the Southeast Asian region and the language from the billboards confirms this. Although I can’t be entirely sure, what I could say is the American dialect of the voice is a mismatch to the geography.
