Quintessential Albie Sachs. I recall his presentation at the Commonwealth Law Conference and the privilege of meeting him and his lovely partner. South Africa continues to struggle with its legacy issues, sadly not always putting its best foot forward. F. Boma Ayomide Alabi,OON. Former President of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association.

"Your handwriting is in your brain not in your hand." Couldn't agree more. I've been told a number of times that my handwriting is messy and unintelligible - now I know it has something to do with my brain - working faster than my hands.
I've lived in the area for 50 years and I've been all over the state kayaking not knowing that 5 miles away there was a canoe/kayak drop-off, pickup spot. I now, the last 3 years, go kayaking all the time. I now leave the house and I'm paddling in 20 minutes, not still driving up north. Tell/take your friends, they'll love you for it!
For anyone interested in what's happening in the Amazon, a good bilingual book, in English and Portuguese -- "Law of the Jungle: Environmental Anarchy and the Tenharim people of Amazonia" . See NLLibrarium.com/jungle .
This is one arm of government that has not been celebrated in our country. Maybe because it is upholding the law of freedom which many want to forsake once again. We need more of the trips to this constitutional court that are on a lighter note like this one. Well done.
So happy to have captured this day on video -- the performances by both band and orchestral groups were astonishing. The young musicians were very generous in their comments about the day -- amazing group of young folks.
Thank-you so much to everyone who made this day possible for my daughter. She is a senior in high school, and in love with her trumpet. We were so proud, and excited to be in the audience at the Whiting to witness this music first hand! Again, Thank-you to the CS Mott Foundation in all that you do in gifting my daughter this experience!
432 is a wonderful venue for youth development. I'm grateful it was around when I was a teen, and I'm thrilled to see it continuing on with a reopening. Kudos to their executive staff and the Mott Foundation!
