This thing sucked. I literally went up one flight of stairs carrying three storage bins and left it by the dumpster. The amount of pressure that goes on your wrist, the weight of the thing itself, it was terrible. Sorry but just a bad product.
Like the UpCart but always wondered why people would bring their dirty laundry to the washer and then when it’s clean use the same container to put the clean clothes in. I mean, it’s got all the germs waiting for the clean load.
IKR? That’s why I have two different types of baskets, one used as a laundry hamper & being dirty laundry to laundry room and another to transport clean clothes back upstairs. Still looking for an easy & safer way to go up & down stairs.
These things are absolute crap. Don't waste your money. The wheels buckle with less than 1/4 the advertised capacity on flat ground; much less trying to go up or down stairs. I already returned one pair for this issue and the two replacements are just as bad!
Description says switch from 4 wheel to 2 wheel mode but have no clue how it works. Also this video is about the Lift NG model but half the video showcase the Boost model.
Bought one to try out. If you look closely at the triangular part of the wheels you will see three small holes. There are spring loaded inner push pins on each side when pressed inserts into those holes locking in position. Then you tilt the whole cart further backwards to roll on two back wheels like a regular dolly or hand truck. Down side is the push pins are very hard to push and then even harder to twist lock in place. Also makes it hard to release too. Isn't useful in practice. Tilting on the back wheels puts more leverage on the load making balance awkward.
unfortunately fridges are heavier than 200lbs nowadays. I was going to get this for delivery and moving of my new fridge up the stairs, but 200lbs max load is not going to be enough 😱
How about some replacement wheels and axles I use your cart commercially and the wheels were out within 3-5 months. Cant find any replacement parts anywhere :(

We have one where I work but the handle is stuck in the fully extended position. It will not collapse on the left side at all. This is with button fully depressed. Any thoughts UpCart folks or anyone else?

Hello! The UpCart Hero Dolly holds 140 lbs up & down stairs - our UpCart Lift holds up to 200lbs! Our carts do lock into position to ensure they don't fold up during use. Hope this helps!

UpCart sells great bungee straps that I use to secure my heavy sewing machine in its equally heavy tote. I use two straps which I secure in the handles on each side of the tote to the upcart, no problems. Up 14 steps from my sewing room, down 6 steps in the garage. I've tried a pencil, a pen is too slippery, tried a letter opener and an emory board, all to try to push the button in. It won't budge. I've been calling your customer service number and no one is answering and it's a while before your closing time.
I'm using both thumbs and full hands and can't get the button to move at all. What else can I use?? You say make sure the wheel guards are locked in place. Where are they???? How does one be sure this happens?
