I'll tell you a secret. I am 73 yrs of age. Had open Heart surgery, a double bypass, and mitral valve replacement. 2 years later, I had an ICD implant, and I just found out, that my Medicare was dropped. Here is my decision. I fired all doctors and medicine and switched over to natural resources instead. Long story short? Boy, do I feel healthy, and fit and can finally go roller skating again. And swimming.

I never believed in eggs being bad food, because it causes high cholesterol. I have high cholesterol and I eat more than two or three organic eggs almost every day. I love to eat eggs. I never had any problem eating it. I can see all the good benefits in me, you described in this video.

When using Moringa powder instead of leaves, use approximately half the amount of powder compared to the leaves. For example, if a recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of dried Moringa leaves, use around 1/2 tablespoon (or 1.5 teaspoons) of Moringa powder. Adjust to taste and refer to the manufacturer's instructions if available. Enjoy experimenting with the dosage to find what suits you best!

Since thousands of years (Egypt!) the health benefits of castor oil are far more important than those of castor oil. The optimal castor oil benefit will be that by swallowing castor oil you will not only be able to cleanse your intestines from all the waste but your body from all the toxins (especially methylmercury!) deposed there via the liver too. Here in RU-vid you may find far more than 70 recommendations to take daily 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach, this especially in India and in the surrounding area. But everyone should find out his optimal frequency to take castor oil: once, twice or thrice the month, once, twice or thrice the week, or (why not?) daily. Essential will be exclusively that you will do this regularly.

😮so informative, thanks for sharing. I’m drinking it right now while watching your video. About a half handful of dried hibiscus flower, half lemon-rind and some pineapple skins boiled down in 3cups of water. I let it cool down and then drink with half lemon squeeze with a spoon of collagen powder.
