hey guys just a minor correction. It's now De La Salle University - Laguna Campus. The name De La Salle Canlubang was changed to DLSU - Laguna Campus last 2013 when it merged with DLSU - Manila. :)
it's beautiful! but it's a three stories walk-up.. architect/s should've at least designate an area where the new owner can have an option of adding a home lift... my 2 cents! 🤷🏼♂️
Beautiful home indeed, if only this was located in Beverly Hills or South Beach Florida. The power line in front of the house looks like the high voltage kind. Not desirable. There’s a lack of a a landscaped garden large enough to accommodate guests for an evening of outdoor entertainment, another negative. The empty lot in the back does not look inviting as a view. It needs greenery as ground cover, and less “horror movie” type trees. Not sure why the house is this big. Is there a huge market for this size house? Would the neighbors still respect you if your house a just half the size? Just wondering.
I'll be brutally honest; though it's beautiful inside, the architect could have designed the front facade of the house better by perhaps lessenning those jagged edges and opening it up with more windows rather than covering them up. Saw this one with Presello and for an Alabang house, the front just irks me.
of all the spaces and location of master bedroom ,why it looks small . its not giving emphasis by the builder .theres some space not needed . it should have been highlighted sa master bedroom otherwise looks good ang other areas of the house.
Ayala Westgrove seems like a very nice place to live in, only if they have better street names. Gives me a cringe to spend over a million USD for a house only to have your address in Lanzones Drive, or the streets of Durian, Macopa, Kamias, Kasoy and worst Santol! Can't they at least change those awful street names?
Fantastic house! However, the flooring kills me🙁. Not a narra wood fan. Lots of more attractive flooring alternative, some even might be more economical than narra, fantastic house nonetheless…
