As good as you guys are, I would love to see some shaping / crown creasing of more styles - other than just The Cattleman. Though they may not be rodeo cowboys, I see people wearing more variety these days, like versions of Boss of The Plains, Gus, etc...
Nothing compares to a actual custom hat fitted to your head. This was just a bend and mold video. At the end guy gave the hat a last steam and when dude smooshed it down on his head, guy shaping the hat about had a heart attack. Never push down on crown until hat is fully cooled lmfao.
Just found this video. We were down there 2 weeks ago and Andy took care of my wife and I. He is a great guy for sure. He did my sons hats last year and they are still perfect after daily wear plus the proper care of course. Love American Hats. (I would suggest that for another video that the microphone get a little smaller)
